What You Put in Your Body Affects Your Health Greatly

I have always been one of those people who could eat whatever they wanted and never gain weight, and due to that fact, I never used to put much thought into what I ate. When I started experiencing health problems, my doctor ordered some tests and found that I was experiencing anemia due to an iron-deficient diet. I am grateful I had this "wake up call" before I continued to eat a bad diet for the rest of my life, because I soon also realized my diet was lacking vitamins and minerals. I changed my eating habits and began to feel much better. I began juicing to take advantage of all of the vitamins and minerals in healthy, fresh juice. I have learned a lot about health during my commitment to leading a healthier lifestyle, so I decided to start a blog to share my health advice with the world!

From Swinging Low To Bouncing High: Breast Lifts Make A Difference

When you age, or when you have been pregnant, your breasts droop. Either gravity pulls these lumps of flesh downward, or hormonal changes in pregnancy changes the the types of tissues in your breasts such that they droop and flop. The older you get, or the more pregnancies you have experienced, the lower your breasts swing. If you wish that your breasts could bounce high again, instead of swinging low, you can get a breast lift. There are actually some benefits connected to getting a breast lift too.

Feeling More Feminine

For those women who view their breasts as their source of feminine attractiveness, drooping boobs tend to make them feel less feminine. They may slump over more, trying to subconsciously hide their drooping breasts. This makes them feel even less feminine and less attractive, and more like Quasimodo the Hunchback. Lifting their breasts and putting the breast tissue back up into a higher position on the chest wall makes these ladies want to walk around and strut their stuff; in short, they feel more feminine, more confident, and more willing to show off their new assets.

Correcting Bad Posture

As previously mentioned, when your breasts sag, droop, and swing low, your posture tends to follow what your breasts are doing. Most of the time, you are not even aware that you are hunched over or leaning over because of the weight of your breasts and their current position causes you to sit this way. Bad posture leads to a host of other health problems, so it is important to do what you can to correct your bad posture. A breast lift places your breasts up higher and reduces the burden they cause on your shoulder and back, thus correcting your posture.

Perkiness as a Perk

Perky breasts are associated with youth. When you have a breast lift done, you can reshape the breasts as you have them lifted. Your plastic surgeon can make them larger or smaller, but if you go smaller, they will definitely be perkier. Perkiness as a perk of a breast lift is enough for any woman to choose to have this elective surgery.

Better Fitting Clothing

Droopy, low-swinging breasts tend to cause your blouses and your high-waisted garments to look ill-fitted. Sometimes you even find that your breasts get too close to high waist bands for comfort! Lifting your breasts will make many of these clothing items fit better, and flatter your figure better. Then you do not have to buy new clothes to fit your low, droopy breasts; you can just keep wearing the clothing you have instead.
